You will be met at the Istanbul airport and transferred to your hotel. If desired a short city tour of the old quater can be given before your check in at your hotel. After the completion of your stay in Turkey you will be transferred back to the airport for your flight home.
DAYS 1st and 2nd in ISTANBUL
DAY 3 DEPART FOR CANAKKALE
Before check in to your hotel, we visit
Anzac Cove, Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Cemetery,
the original warfare tunnels and trenches at Johnston Jolly (Turkish and Allied),
The Nek Cemetery, Chunuk-Bair New Zealand Memorial and Cemetery and
Kabatepe War Museum.
After ferry crossing at the Dardanalles we drive to our hotel, mostly to one of the seaside resort hotels.
OVERNIGHT IN CANAKKALE
DAY 4 VISIT TROY & RETURN TO ISTANBUL
After breakfast we will leave for Troy , " Homer's Troy ", the legendary city of all times. Visit the ruins, walk on the soil where heroes once fought to death.
After Troy, either drive back to Istanbul or extend your itinerary for other destinations in the region, such as Assos and Pergamon.
